Library Services during the COVID-19 Pandemic: Books by Mail

Checking-Out

Physical items in the library collection can still be checked-out and will be mailed to all students and faculty.
The box to the right provides instructions on how to request* items in the catalog. In the comments field please provide your mailing address.
*You must be logged in to request items. Instructions on how to log in to the catalog can be found in the Library Account LibGuide.

Not available for mailing:
  • Reserves items
  • Materials in fragile condition
  • Items in the Rare Book Room
  • Reference materials

Returning

If you are local and need to return your books, please contact the library at either 918-270-6437 or ptslibrary@ptstulsa.edu for additional details and to coordinate a drop-off time.

Requesting

To request an item, click the title in the search results to open the book's full catalog record.
Under Get It click Request.
Fill in the details of the title you are requesting: Material Type, Terms of Use, and Not Needed After. Please provide your mailing address in the Comments section.
 
Once we have pulled the item/s and dropped it in the mail we'll send you an email informing you that the item/s you requested have been mailed.
