Library Services for the Public: Library Account

The Phillips Library Catalog contains records for all books, eBooks, and resources owned by the Phillips Library.

Searching the catalog does not require signing in to your library account, but logging in does allow you to:

• View materials you have checked out

• Renew your books

• View your search history and any saved searches

• Place requests for either physical items or digitization requests for chapters or articles

To sign in to the catalog, click the Sign In button in the top right-hand corner of the page and click Special Borrowers.

Fill in your User ID and your password, and then click Login.

Your User ID is your library barcode (with no spaces). Your password is the one you created when signing in to the catalog for the first time. If you are a new user or forgot your password, please see the box below for instructions on resetting your password.

You are now logged in to the catalog! From here you'll be able to view your loans, requests, saved items, and search history.

If you are a new user or haven't logged in recently you'll need to reset your password. Click "Need help signing in?" and then click Special Borrowers.

Enter either your Library Barcode (no spaces) in the User Id field or your email address in the email field and click Send. An email with a password reset link will be sent to your email address that we have on file. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
