Library Services for Alums: Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan

If the Phillips Library doesn't have a resource (book, journal article, DVD, etc.) that you need, we will borrow the item from another library. Please use the form to the right to submit your Interlibrary Loan Request.
If you live outside of Tulsa, ILL materials will be mailed to you - just provide your address in the Notes field. Please allow sufficient time for us to receive and mail the items. When you finish using ILL materials, please mail them back to us. We will return them to the lending library.
You'll be contacted after we receive your request and once your ILL item or article arrives.

Copyright Notice

The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, US Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy of the reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research."  If a user makes a request for, or later uses a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "fair use," that user may be liable for copyright infringement.  This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copyright order if, in its judgement, fulfillment of the order would invoke violation of copyright law.
